We recommended booking as early as possible as September is still a busy time in Newport and rooms book up quickly. We have reserved rooms for our guests at Gardiner House, Francis Malbone House, and the Hampton Inn. Additionally AirBnb is a great option.

A shuttle will be provided for guests staying at the Hampton Inn in Middletown to the ceremony. An Uber code will also be available for those who are staying at other locations.

The wedding has a strict guest list. Only those who's invitations have been addressed as "and guest" can bring a plus one.

While we love our little ones, this is an adults only event. There will be no children at the ceremony or reception.

Weather permitting the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors.

The ceremony and reception are Black Tie. Tuxedos for men and formal gowns for women.

As the bride herself is gluten free, we curated our menu with plenty of options for those with restricted diets. All entree choices can accommodate gluten free, and our pasta option is vegan. If you have any other allergy or would like to note something to the caterer, please include it on your reply card. You can leave your emergency snacks at home, no one will be leaving the wedding hungry!

We want all our guests to be present during the ceremony, and request that you do not take any photos or videos. Photos are allowed (and welcomed!) during the reception, but we ask that you wait 24 hours to post on social media.
